AirDance was built to fulfill dreams and make clients feel more alive. Aside from the amazing physical benefits, we know that dancing in the air can be therapeutic and healing for the mind & soul! It is our creative outlet and our passion, and it can be yours, too.

NESSI

FOUNDER

Vanessa, AKA Nessi, was born in Puerto Rico and moved to Palm Beach County with her family when she was 15. She grew up with a passion for ballet, gymnastics, and acrobatics. With no formal dance background, she became a J.V and Varsity sports cheerleader for Palm Beach Lakes High School. She went on to graduate from Florida Atlantic University with a degree in Business Management/Marketing.

Nessi, who specializes in spin pole and pole flow, found her passion for pole fitness and dance in 2016 and soon began her pole teaching journey. With 9 years of teaching experience, she wants to continue sharing her passion and inspiring others to fulfill their athletic potential and enjoy the benefits she has acquired from aerial fitness.

Nessi has won 1st Place in PSO 2021 Boston Drama Level 4 Master. She has certifications in AFAA Group Fitness, Lyra Hoop Fly & Flow, and X-Pole 3 & 4 teacher certifications.

Kat

Kathleen aka Kat is a native South Floridian who has been involved in several types of performance arts since age 15. She fell in love with pole dancing in 2019 and was inspired by the diversity and strength of the pole community.

With a Bachelor’s in Health Science and a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy, Kat is no stranger to understanding body mechanics and teaching clients how to safely build strength and confidence in their movements. Working with mostly elderly clients by day, Kat appreciates the resilience and capability of the human body and the importance of taking care of our minds, bodies, and souls.

Kat loves the sensual side of pole including exotic pole, chair, and floorwork. With a special emphasis on stage presence, musicality, and expression, Kat hopes to bring out the inner diva in all her students!

Lisel

Lisel Balk is a dedicated pole dance artist, educator, and performer who has been training and teaching since 2014. With a career spanning national and international stages, she has earned recognition through multiple competition wins and standout performances that showcase both technical precision and expressive artistry.

Known for her clean lines, dynamic power transitions, and striking flexibility, Lisel brings a thoughtful, intentional approach to every class she teaches. Her philosophy centers on teaching with purpose—helping students not only build strength and skill, but also develop confidence, control, and a deeper connection to their movement.

Beyond the studio, Lisel is deeply committed to her family and balances her life between her passion for pole and the people (and two beloved cats) who keep her grounded. Her teaching style reflects that balance: disciplined yet supportive, high-level yet accessible, always focused on growth

Wendy

Wendy Traskos, a true OG, has been into pole arts and fitness for several decades. Originally from New York, Wendy was the owner of NY Pole Dancing Studios. She is also the co-founder of the USPDF (US Pole Dance Federation).

Aside from her pole athletic abilities, Wendy brings her expertise in flexibility, mobility, and hand balancing to AirDance Fitness. Wendy is certified and trained in yoga, and she is also a part-time Personal Fitness Trainer.

Wendy is a two-time ESPN Fitness America Series Winner and an NPC Eastern USA Champion.

Mia

Mia started her pole journey in April 2017, when her love for pole began. She has been a pole instructor at local studios for the past 7 years, rapidly improving her pole skills through continuous education and discipline.

Mia brings her knowledge and passion for pole to AirDance, where she cultivates a supportive community and shares her love for the sport with her students and fellow instructors.

Mia is a competitive and award-winning pole athlete. She has won 1st place twice at PSO 2018 and PSO 2021 (Championship Lv 4 Masters), and placed 3rd at PSO 2024 Championship Lv 4 Grandmaster. Mia is certified in Spin Pole Lv 1 & 2 from Aerius Fitness Training. Mia plans to continue her pole certifications, as she is a firm believer that there is something new to learn.

Roger

Roger started his pole journey around 7 years ago. He is an experienced teacher, coach, and pole performer.

Roger is a competitive pole athlete who has won and placed in several Pole Sport Organization competitions in the professional and higher levels, as well as other International competition events, including 4 Gold 1st Place medals and 3 2nd Place Silver medals.

Roger brings his enthusiasm for pole and undeniable charm to AirDance, where he inspires his students with his talents and skillful guidance.

Brooke

South Florida born and raised, Brooke is involved in many endeavors. Between real estate broker, artist, animal enthusiast, and Lyra instructor, Brooke has always worked arduously towards everything she partakes in. She has been into fitness most of her adult life, teaching a variety of classes including indoor cycling.

In June 2021 Brooke was introduced to the world of aerial fitness and arts after taking her first Lyra hoop class. Instantly, she fell in love and became dedicated to progressing and thriving on her aerial journey. Brooke's expertise also includes teaching aerial hammock fitness, as well as mat Pilates classes.

Brooke loves inspiring people, and she is passionate about encouraging others to be and feel their best on and off the hoop. Along with her natural ability to motivate, Brooke's warm disposition and charismatic personality creates a fun and loving environment for her students to learn and grow. Brooke has certifications in Mad Dogg Athletics Spinning, Mat Pilates and CirqFIT.

Miranda

Miranda took her first aerial silks class in 2014 and was hooked ever since. Miranda was an aerial instructor at Aerial Arts of Rochester for 4 years, and performed with their aerial troupe for corporate events, weddings, birthday parties, and more.

She brings a lot of creativity to AirDance Fitness with her aerial performance skills and charismatic personality. She loves to showcase her many talents for different studio events by creating and organizing incredible performances on various circus apparatuses and utilizing props.

Miranda specializes in Aerial Hammock, Flying Pole, performance Fans, Lyra Hoop, stilt walking, and hula hooping. Miranda is excited to bring her knowledge and passion for aerial arts to AirDance Fitness!

Bella

Bella Rossi has been dancing for 18 years and has spent the past five years choreographing and teaching with passion and purpose.

She has trained under renowned choreographers such as Cisco Ruelas and Tia Tabile, honing her craft and developing a style that blends precision with power.

Bella brings her knowledge and talents to AirDance, where she teaches Exotic Floor and Chair & Heels classes. She also serves as the Hip Hop choreographer for Pulse, Florida Atlantic University’s dance troupe.

Bella’s mission is to create an environment where dancers feel strong, capable, and unapologetically sexy—empowering them to embrace both their artistry and their confidence.
